When arriving via the M40 motorway:
If you are travelling North on the M40 exit at Junction 13. Turn Right onto B4100 (was A41) towards Warwick & Leamington. At roundabout turn Right (onto A452) to Leamington.

Alternatively if you are travelling South on the M40 exit at Junction 14, go over the mini roundabout, and take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout (onto the A452), towards Leamington. Go straight across the next roundabout, onto Europa Way. Take 1st exit (left) at next roundabout. Take 3rd exit (right) at next roundabout, onto Old Warwick Road. Carry straight on road, past the B.R. Station, straight across traffic lights, onto Radford Road - the A425 to Southam. Carry on using Final Directions below.

When arriving from the North (Kenilworth) side of Leamington:
Continue down Kenilworth Road all the way into Leamington. Turn right at T Junction, then first, left into the Parade Continue down the Parade (main shopping street) for about 1 mile, straight over the traffic lights and mini roundabouts, and into the seedy one way section. Turn left at the traffic lights under the railway bridge, into Radford Road. This is the A425 to Southam. Carry on using Final Directions below.

When arriving from the East (A425)
We are located on the A425 (the Radford Road), on the east side of Leamington. When you arrive in Leamington you immediately arrive at some traffic lights, sign posted for the Sydenham Estate. Go straight across the lights, and then turn first right into Leam Terrace and park here. Continue at † in Final Directions below.

Final Directions
Continue down the Radford Road towards Radford Semele and Southam, past the Oak and Red House pubs on your left. Immediately after passing the Red House pub turn left into Leam Terrace. Park your car here, as there is no parking on Radford Road.

†Returning to Radford Road you will see three large Georgian houses on the left - the last houses before some allotments. 123 Radford Road is the middle house of these three. If you proceed down Radford Road as far as the traffic lights, to the Sydenham Estate, you will have gone too far.
